Our Mission

Our Mission is to bring schools together to support youth in need across Halton through care bags filled with essential items. With roughly 17,000 underprivileged youth in Halton (nearly 14%) living in poverty and a projected 1,200 care-bags being mobilized across HCDSB, Funding Futures is focused on expanding its reach, strengthening student leadership, and creating lasting, system-wide impact across Halton.

MULTI-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN

Achieving: Working together to close the gap for 17,000 underprivileged youth in Halton by turning student action into tangible support.

Believing:
Believing in the power of community, compassion, and collective responsibility to ensure no young person is left without the essentials they deserve.

Belonging:
Affirming that every child and youth, especially those facing hardship, belongs to a community that sees them, values them, and responds to their needs with dignity.

Becoming:
Becoming a stronger, more compassionate community that moves beyond awareness and takes meaningful action for lasting change.
